Please cease and desist using my name in connection with death immediately.
In this case, since I am not mentioned in any lyrics, taking my name out of the tune's title should be no problem.
Someone is trying to cause trouble for me by uploading the video around the web, and thinks it is all a big joke. It is not. Change the title or it will be flagged and removed.

I gave you a few days, and your offending video has still not been deleted from YouTube, nor have you emailed (thetoonpro@gmail.com) a reply explaining yourself.
Again, cease and desist from displaying the YouTube video titled "The Lonesome Death Of Ed Gauthier" by Painful Def. It has also now been flagged there.
Remove it - NOW.
